what exactly is darcyland?

Darcyland is fandom name for the appreciation of Darcy Lewis and encompasses ALL and any of her ships. It's similiar to the tropes of "Little Black Dress" and "Fandom Bicycle" if you've heard of those. Also Darcyland tends to be supportive of the ships, so no matter how crack-ish or non-canon it is, someone probably already ships it.
