Welcome to Tazer Shock, which is currently the only fansite and fanfiction archive dedicated solely
to the character Darcy Lewis of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Marvel Comics.
Tazer Shock's main goal is the ultimate fansite and the largest fanfic archive possible for Darcy Lewis. Originally it was just going to be a fanfic archive, however
in the process of creating the archive and working on articles at Fanlore - the need to make a fansite became overbearing and thus
the idea to make the archive into a fansite as well for all Darcy fans.
Tazer Shock was named after Darcy's pairing names (which often uses the word "tazer" or "shock" to describe Darcy in the ship) and her first appearance where many fans fell in love with the character - where she tazes human!Thor.
I'm Stephanie, however I mainly known as Harpie (originally it was just "Harpiebird") or flareonfury. I've been a fan of Darcy's since
I first saw the Thor film and I was so relieved that she was also loved by many others. Finding "Darcyland" was something I really needed and it got me really into MCU fandom.
The archive was created first and was opened on May 19, 2014, hosted on my justafangirl.org domain. The fansite portion began on June 4, 2014 and officially opened to the public on June 6, 2014 for a few months/year?. The domain eventually due to lack of funds. Starting in mid-October 2025, Tazor shock found a new home at my new {old} domain muse-insanity.org.
